The good news is that Target has chosen Mrs. Poe to be their Book Club pick for April. The bad news is that they need me to sign 10,000 sheets to bind into their special Target paperback edition. I'm honored and thrilled to bits and beyond excited, but you know how in the story of Rumpelstiltskin the miller's daughter is surrounded by a roomful of straw that she's supposed to spin into gold each night? I keep thinking of her. Four cartons down. One to go.
